Hattie's career includes time at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she worked closely with top-tier financial investors, and Deloitte, supporting corporates on value realisation from $500m+ transactions. She spent over 8 years with a boutique M&A advisory firm, leading multiple buy-side and sell-side processes across SEA.
This combination of consulting and corporate finance experience gives Hattie unique insight into the motivations and strategies of major strategic acquirers, as well as a deep understanding of how to create value in high-stakes M&A transactions.
Director
Jett's career spans M&A advisory, corporate finance, and strategic advisory across SEA. He earned his CFA charter in 2025. Most recently, he spent over four years with KPMG Corporate Finance in Kuala Lumpur, advising private, multinational, and listed clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
His responsibilities included valuation and financial modelling, guiding vendors through due diligence, and structuring deals that bridged valuation gaps while aligning buyer-seller interests.
